CROSSING
BRIDGES FESTIVAL 2002
Project Summary: A one week series of multi-cultural events, bringing
a diverse range of foreign musicians and artists together with Kosovar
artists and youth for performances, film presentations and workshops.
The week will culminate in a weekend-long outdoor music festival featuring
all of the participating groups. A musical compilation CD,documentary
film, and photograph booklet will be produced from week's events.
Project Goal: Promotion of inter-ethnic tolerance, human rights, social
awareness and creativity through artistic exchange.
Location: The Peja region, Kosov@/Rugova Mountains
